MY HEALTHY SUNDAY

A tiring morning to start with ydy when i was telling my lao gong if it was raining by the time i get up, i will not be gg to the Safra Run. But... too bad... my prayers were nt answered and i have to pull myself up @ 0615 hrs for the run.

It's been sometime that i'd such a long run with my lao gong and it was a totally diff route where we passed by Marina Barrage, part of the F1 route, NDP floating platform etc. While i was @ the 5 km mark, i got a stomach cramp and there i was walking and jogging reali slowly back. While i passed by the SG flyer, me n my lao gong even went to shit. opps. hehe.

Our finishing time was 1hr40mins. Reali bad as compared to last yr. Nvm, i'll keep up my determination and train myself back again.

After the run was bfast and then i accompanied my lao gong to shop for a laptop @ Funan. Finally he was convinced to buy a Compaq laptop @ $1099. Hmm... A cheap deal with freebies somemore.

Went hm then to have a nap and nite time was my 1st yoga class @ SK CC. The instructor, Peter was qte funny. Teresa & my lao gong attended too. Did a lot of stretching and now my legs r aching. But overall, a relaxing & enjoyable fitness class :)

Early Morning Walk

A nice morning to go for a walk. Me & my lao gong started from the Hortpark and had a nice walk to the Henderson Wave @ Telok Blangah. Weather was perfect as we walked thro the floral & fauna. A nice place for couples & families. By the time we walked back, it started to drizzle. Luckily for us... After the walk was brunch @ Adam rd hawker ctr where we had the popular nasi lemak. Feeling so sleepy now...

Some thoughts

Girl tries to find trouble with her guy when he is busy and has no time for her. Others will see it as: Why is the girl nt understanding enough? But how does girl feels?

This might be the start of a problem. Lack of communication btw the girl & guy on arranging their schedules. Everyone will certainly have their priorities and will always give the reasons of busy/no time. BUT that sld nt be the excuse! Does everybody make the effort to try to work things out by balancing the always not enough factor - TIME?

Anyway, say is always easy then do. There can NV be a solution in balancing ur priorities. Therefore, i conclude: We can only do it with our "best-est" efforts to accomodate and understand each other.

Enjoyable Wkend

Had an enjoyable N'day wkend...

Saturday:
Steamboat @ my hse as a b'day celebration for aiwei. Long time nv meet this gp of frenz and as usual 6 gals together makes a mkt. hehe... Played mj, watch tv, chit chat & ate lots of junk food... That's what we do often.

But after they went hm, i found myself having a slight fever. Felt uncomfortable and hence went to slp @ 10 plus.

Sunday:
Woke up @ 11 plus and my lao gong suggested gg compasspt for bfast with his mum. When i walked to the 2nd flr of the carpk, he told me to turn rt. I was expecting to see his black lancer but i couldn't see any black cars on my rt. He then pointed a silver car to me. Looked @ the car plate no and then i realized he had already collected the new car. What a surprise he wanted to give me!!! haha... Finally after mths of delay... No more manual!!! Hooray!!!

Had dinner @ my neighbour's hse followed by mj session @ my hse. Played till 12 midnite. Tired... But then i still 'si mian' and dreamt that my lao gong lost his luggage while travelling bk from overseas... Strange...

Back to wk again on a Mon morng... zzz

National Day Celebration

08.08.08... National day's eve and a day to celebrate N'day @ my office. Had a dress up in trad costumes session followed by singing of songs for our GM etc. to judge. Had lots of fun even though we did not win the singing...

PPT Trg

Ended my 3 days PPT trg today. Had an exam @ the end of it and gotten 848 pts over 1000. The trg was useful as i'd get to know some useful tools. It was also a relaxing 3 days for me and lunch everyday was full of choices as compared to my workplace. hehe...

Aw, gonna go back to work tml...
